Roman Sittl

Investment Analyst / Quant

Roman joined Progressive Capital Partners in February 2025 as an investment analyst / quant. Between 2020 and 2025, Roman was as a quantitative analyst at UBS, developing financial risk models for securities-based lending and derivative margining. Prior, Roman gained experience as a consultant at Ernst & Young Zurich as well as a research assistant at the Center for European Economic Research Mannheim and the Swiss Institute for Empirical Economic Research in St. Gallen.

Roman holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mannheim. During his studies, he also attended Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan and Emory University in Atlanta, USA.
